Thawing: If your cheesecake is frozen…Preferred method of thawing would be to allow cheesecake to thaw in your refrigerator overnight and remove 30 to 45 minutes before serving. Slice as needed and enjoy.

Packaging & Handling Instructions:
Keep cheesecake in your fridge up to 5 days when internal fridge temperature is below 41 Degrees Fahrenheit or store in your freezer for up to 6 months. To keep your cheesecake from taking on the taste and smells of other food items in your fridge or freezer, wrap in plastic wrap and keep in the cake box.
