Thawing: If your cheesecake is frozen…Allow to thaw overnight in your fridge. Remove 30 to 45 minutes before serving. Slice as needed and enjoy.
Packaging & Handling Instructions: Keep cheesecake in your fridge for 5 to 7 days when internal fridge temperature is below 41 Degrees Fahrenheit or store in your freezer for up to 6 months. To keep your cheesecake from taking on the taste and smells of other food items in your fridge or freezer, wrap in plastic wrap and keep in the cake box.
