Our cookies and cream is delightful to say the least. We’ve chosen a sandwich cookie that is milder in flavor then most cookies in this category. It allows for a more balanced flavor. This cheesecake is smooth and so easy to eat. Before you know it you have eaten the entire slice. We’ve added cookies everywhere and then topped with our white chocolate ganache and more cookies dipped in chocolate ganache. To finish it off we just went crazy with the dark chocolate and white chocolate ganache. It’s a frenzy that we are all happy to be part of.

Thawing: If your cheesecake is frozen…Allow to thaw overnight in your fridge. Remove 30 to 45 minutes before serving. Slice as needed and enjoy.
Packaging & Handling Instructions: Keep cheesecake in your fridge for 5 to 7 days when internal fridge temperature is below 41 Degrees Fahrenheit or store in your freezer for up to 6 months. To keep your cheesecake from taking on the taste and smells of other food items in your fridge or freezer, wrap in plastic wrap and keep in the cake box.
