Corn and Andouille Sausage Chowder with Paprika Rice. This dish is truly comforting. Feels like a gumbo. The rice is filled with goodness as well. It has some Smoked Gouda Cheese, Parsley, Green Onions. Corn and a little Bell Pepper. Next week’s menu will have a little bit of New Orleans throughout the meals. Happy 300th Anniversary New Orleans!
