MiMi’s Wedding Soup 

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 23

If you have not yet tried MiMi J’s version of an Italian Wedding soup you are missing out on some true comfort. This soup has flavors that will seriously have you craving this soup. It’s a hearty soup. It’s packed with Pork sausage, spinach and the little pasta known as “Little Ears”. You gotta try it, but don’t hesitate, because we can’t keep it in stock long.

Chicken, Sausage -n- Creamy Grits

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24

Heavenly is what we think of with this comfort dish. Perfectly seasoned chicken, beef and pork sausage with sprinkles of yellow and white baby corn laid over a bed of creamy cheesy grits. It’s mouth-watering!

JAMBALAYA

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25

MiMi J’s jambalaya packs a lot of flavor from the dark meat chicken to the “Trinity” of vegetables and a little heat. The heat comes from our “Cajun” spice blend and the Andouille sausage as well as Tasso ham. Both are pork sausages with lots of spices, including cayenne pepper. It’s not so hot that your mouth is numbed. It’s enough for you to know it’s there.

Tender roasted (Dark Meat) Turkey seasoned to perfection. Served with Garlicky Green Beans and Butternut Squash. You will love this dish.

This dish will become your new favorite. A mild blend of spices makes this stir-fry enjoyable to eat.

Chicken Bucatini

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 3

Seasoned chicken breast served over Bucatini pasta with our Mediterranean tomato sauce. Our sauce is comprised of Kalamata olives, Feta cheese and beautiful sweet baby tomatoes.

Chopped Steak

This will be another favorite on your list. The Beef Chuck is simmered until tender in a mushroom sauce with other herbs and spices and veggies. The broccoli has a natural buttery flavor and the Gouda Mac is heaven.

Blackened Salmon

Scottish Salmon is truly a winner in our book. It’s the mildest tasting salmon and has such a fresh taste. The meal comes with 8oz (pre-cook weight) salmon, green beans, potatoes, shrimp and our lemon garlic butter.

Mimi’s Chicken and Dumplings is a comfort meal you dream of.  She even seasons her dumplings! They are thin and tender. You will wish you had more when your bowl is empty.

Turkey Roulade

Just another one of MiMi J’s great tasting turkey dishes. This roulade is filled with spinach and ricotta cheese that has been seasoned to perfection. The turkey is seasoned with some of our favorite spices and is so juicy. We serve this with a side of green beans.

MiMi’s Texas Goulash

This is MiMi J’s version of the Goulash her mom made when she was growing up.  Just like everything else we do at MiMi J’s Kitchen this one will be a favorite. It’s all about simple comfort when eating this dish.

BANGING SHRIMP

This shrimp dish will have you begging for more. It is loaded with lots of flavor with a tiny bit of heat. MiMi J’s Banging Garlic Shrimp is sauteed in MiMi J’s lemon, garlic, butter sauce.

GUMBO – CHICKEN, SAUSAGE AND SHRIMP

It’s gumbo time! You will love MiMi’s gumbo. MiMi always makes her roux the old fashioned way. There is a little heat in our gumbo, but not so much that the kiddos can’t enjoy it. The sausage is a mix of pork and beef. The chicken and shrimp are always tender.

*NOTE: Gumbo is served in a 32 oz container. Rice is in a separate container.

This aromatic plate of chicken and rice will make you smile. The rice medley has a little bit of broccoli and carrots and spices. Oh so comforting!

Our Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Chop with Buttered Corn and Green Beans are good to the bone! The brown sugar glaze marries so well with the chop it will surely become one of your favorite ways to eat pork chops.
